• The meeting started at 7:40pm with Prayer.
   

• Attending: Father Roland M. Julien, Chuck and Mary Kramer, Janet Vetter, Pat Murphy, Cynthia Bavilacqua, Ben Dickerson, Dave Fender, Mildred Kasper, and William Schwarz
   

• Mildred read scripture, Romans 10:14-15
   

• Agenda approved.

• Minutes of previous annual minutes accepted.

• Financial report:

  • Ending Balance: $61,159.12

• Construction permit was granted Oct. 2, 2002 for 88.5 Cross City with a present tower site at 200 feet. Looking to move to a more suitable location for more tower height and power. Consulation with the consulting engineer Ted Schober continues. Schober tells us that the "Starke" window opened and closed with no one but Spirit Radio as an application. If granted by the FCC, this facility would be for 1,350 watts with a 400 foot tower at 91.5 FM.

• Call letters chosen: WWLC (Word of the Living Christ)

• AM Radio 1490: A gift from Ben Dickerson. Now located and licensed to Starke, could be moved to Gainesville.

• A presentation of a fiberglass antenna was shown. Could be used for the AM (96 feet).

• Father J is looking for land for the Cross City facility (Cross City, Dixie County). Daniel Crapps Agency to be contacted. Others to be contacted as well.
